in providing management training is finding the time and
money to take people off the job and into the classroom.
That is why web-based training is so enticing. However, one
cannot learn to manage people through isolated instruction.

How Tele-Seminars Work
Tele-Seminars are live, real time workshops that are held on
the telephone using Bridge Line technology. In effect, this
creates a global teleconference classroom. Bridge Lines
allow you
to connect from wherever you are using the same phone number
every time without the hassle of operator involvement or
advanced planning. Course material is downloadable in PDF
format (or faxed), so that you can prepare and come ready to
listen and engage in the discussions. Sessions last 1 hour
and meet for 4 weeks, allowing you to immediately apply the
skills at your workplace.
