Lynn Banis
specializes in organization and human
development, which includes leadership
development, executive and personal coaching,

Annie
Kirschenmann is well known for her leadership
of an international company as well as the
development of organizations and employees. She
brings a diverse set of skills, training and
experience to her coaching and consulting
practice and to the TeleSeminars she leads.
Annie began
her corporate training when she worked her way
through graduate school in multiple companies
from Wall Street to the Upper West Side in New
York City. She had the rare opportunity to
experience the world of business from the
trenches in many corporations and organizations.
Macalester and Hunter Colleges, along with the
University of London were the precursors to
Kirschenmann's foray into business. Annie has
worked with a wide variety of individuals,
companies, organizations, and small businesses
as a team development and strategic planning
coach, supporting these businesses to achieve
exceptional results.
Kirschenmann
has served on many Boards of Directors, at the
local, national and international levels,
including corporations, small businesses, NGOs
and other non-profit associations. This has

Ed Mickool
has been training and coaching for over 3
decades in a variety of venues. He works in
partnership with corporate executives, business
owners and entrepreneurs to integrate balance
and focus in all aspects of their lives. Edward
is also a mentor to other coaches. Mickool's
career includes executive sales and marketing
management positions with two of the top five
athletic shoe and apparel manufacturers in the
world, Reebok and Converse. He was also the
