How Do I Register My Employees for Tele-Seminars?
It’s easy. Just review
our
course descriptions
and let us know who you would like registered for which
sessions.
Your employees can
register on-line, using our
fully automated registration system, by simply clicking
the appropriate "Click Here to Register" symbol,
located on the Course Description and Schedule
pages. If
they use their own credit cards to pay, you can refund
their fees when they have successfully completed each
Tele-Seminar. If you would prefer to pay directly, we
will send you an invoice, quoting a specific PO number
that you supply if required.
After receiving
payment by credit card or a corporate PO confirmation,
you will receive an immediate registration confirmation
via e-mail. We will send out course material 2 weeks
before the class along with specific Tele-Seminar phone
numbers.

How
can I register at the last minute? The best way to
try and get into a class on short notice is to first go
ahead and register on-line.
Then call our toll free number a short time later
(800-371-1935) to see if there is still room in the
class. If there is, we’ll send you your downloadable
material right away along with the bridge number to call
in on.
How can I withdraw from a Tele-Seminar? If you
have signed up for a class and suddenly need to
withdraw, no problem. If it is a week or more before the
first class date, just contact our office
(800-371-1935), and we will credit your account for the
next Tele-Seminar available. If it is less that a week
prior to the class, once we hear from you we will apply
your payment to the next identical Tele-Seminar.
What do I do if I’ve lost the bridge number? You
have two options here.
If it is during the business day,
call our office (800-371-1935) and we will get back to
you as soon as possible. If it is after usual business
hours (central time zone)
or well in advance of your
class, e-mail your Tele-Seminar leader.
What if I need to join the class late? Call in
just as soon as you can. Try to pick up on the current
discussion and identify yourself if you want to make a
point, as you begin to talk.
Can I audiotape the Tele-Seminar I’m taking? No,
you may not. It is illegal to audiotape any conversation
without the participants' consent. Secondly, there is
the issue of intellectual rights. The materials you
receive from us along with the content and discussions
of the Tele-Seminar are all the property ofTruLeaderU® .

Tell me again about how a Bridge call works?
A Tele-Seminar is like a conference call, only you are
able to connect to the class by just
dialing the number. It is best to use a “land
line” instead of a cell phone, if possible, for the best
audio quality. A headset is a benefit that will free
your hands as you will want to make notes during your
highly interactive Tele-Seminar. There are no
conferencing fees – only standard long distance charges
which you pay your carrier (most carriers charge $3-4
per hour, so your cost out of pocket cost is minimal.
