How can I register at the last minute?

The best way to try and get into a class on short notice is to first go ahead and register on-line. Then call our toll free number a short time later (800-371-1935) to see if there is still room in the class. If there is, we’ll send you your downloadable material right away along with the bridge number to call in on.

How can I withdraw from a teleseminar?

If you have signed up for a class and suddenly need to withdraw, no problem. Just contact our office as soon as possible (800-371-1935), and we will credit your account for the next teleseminar available.

What do I do if I’ve lost the bridge number?

You have two options here. If it is during the business day, call our office (800-371-1935) and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If it is after usual business hours (central time zone) or well in advance of your class, e-mail your teleseminar leader.

What if I need to join the class late?

Come along and call in just as soon as you can. Try to pick up on the current discussion and make a point, identifying yourself as you begin to talk.

Can I audiotape the teleseminar I’m taking?

No, you may not. It is illegal to audiotape any conversation without the participants' consent. Secondly, there is the issue of intellectual rights. The materials you receive from us along with the content and discussions of the teleseminar are all the property of TruLeaderU® . They are for your own direct use only and cannot be repackaged, shared or resold. Intellectual property rights are strongly protected.

Tell me again about how a Bridge call works.

A teleseminar is similar to a conference call, only you are able to connect to the class by just dialing the number. It is best to use a “land line” instead of a cell phone, because you will want to be making some notes and a teleseminar is highly interactive. There are no conferencing fees – only your standard long distance charge which you pay your carrier (most carriers charge $5-6 per hour, so your cost out of pocket cost is minimal).
