TruLeaderU™ wants to be your organization's training partner.
Our Management Certificate Program (MCP) prepares people to be effective
leaders by covering the key topics needed by every manager. The
twelve core courses are built around today's best practices in general
management and leadership development. They are designed for sustainable
results and are delivered in a way that allows your employees to
remain productive. In addition to the twelve core courses, you or
your employees may add three electives of your choice to customize
your company's program. The MCP allows a generous two years in which
to complete all fifteen courses.
Should you find
more value in a "classroom" with only your employees present, we
can customize the entire MCP program, using case studies and examples
related to your specific business. A minimum class size is required
for this type of customization. Minor customization may be provided
free of charge. Be aware though, that our participants find added
value from the mix of different company perspectives.
As an added
value to MCP participants, we provide each person with a certified
executive coach who will offer them four "just in time" coaching
sessions. The normal cost of these coaching sessions would be more
than $500. Participants will also receive a TruLeaderU™ Management
Certificate Program diploma to acknowledge their commitment to excellence
and your commitment to furthering organizational leadership.
The investment
for the entire 15-course Management Certificate Program plus the

The Truleader™ Management Certificate Program (MCP) is designed

arenas. In addition, the program includes three elective courses
allowing you to customize your training program to meet your personal
needs. The MCP allows a generous two years in which to complete
all fifteen courses.
As
a committed participant in the MCP program, TruLeaderU™ will
give you an additional bonus. Upon program completion, you will
receive four coaching sessions with a certified executive coach.
The normal costs of these sessions alone, with one of our certified
coaches would be more than $500. You will also receive a TruLeaderU™
Management Certificate Program diploma to acknowledge your accomplishment
